There are passions that are born in the family, grow over time and become part of you. For Emiliano, our chef was just like that. His culinary journey led him to attend the third edition of the Gambero Rosso Professione Cuoco course, where he trained under the guidance of Igles Corelli; it was he who recognized his talent and pushed him further, directing him towards an internship in Bruno Barbieri's kitchen in Verona. From haute cuisine he brings with him technique and respect for the ingredients, but his philosophy remains clear: dishes that speak of tradition, that transform familiar flavors into new experiences with that something extra that makes them unique. Because cooking is not just a craft, it is memory, research and passion. And in every dish of Emiliano, all of this can be felt.

Compliments to this restaurant with true seafood flavors... when the raw material is of a high quality you can appreciate the skill in cooking it without distorting its flavor! We tasted practically a good part of the menu, including desserts! Reasonable price! Pleasant location, kind and accurate service! I will come back to visit you to discover other flavors! New discovery, recently opened restaurant. You can eat outside 2 steps from the Circo Massimo or inside almost immersing yourself in a dream set by the sea. Kind and helpful staff, impeccable service and excellent quality food.
Very nice place, simple, sober but elegant. Very kind staff, attentive service and very good food. The dishes are abundant or better to say correct portions, with the fried calamari you could eat even for two. The prices are fair, correct and not excessive. The wine list is very well stocked.
